From her early beginnings in the Bronx, Yamicia Connor has always been driven by curiosity and a desire to understand the world around her. Inspired by her high school biology teacher, Yamicia pursued a career in science and medicine, ultimately leading her to become a renowned physician-scientist with a focus on women’s health and health equity.
